Kentro Webinar: The Science of Decision-Making — Make quick and high quality decisions with these simple rules
Sep 17 | 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EDT
This learning session will help you get better at making decisions by starting with how to clearly define a problem and figure out what’s really in your control.
You’ll explore tools like design thinking, systems thinking, empathy mapping, and forcefield analysis to see the bigger picture and spot what might help or get in the way. It also gives you ready-to-use, practical strategies—like the 10% rule of change and the “simple rules” guidance from the book of the same title—to manage overwhelm and lead in more adaptive ways.
