About the facilitators: Harold Schroeder is President & CEO of Schroeder & Schroeder Inc. Working with Boards, Executives and senior management in not-for-profit, public and private sector organizations, Harold has served clients throughout North America, Europe and Africa on a wide range of client engagements. With over four decades of experience in transforming challenging and complex work environments, Harold has developed a reputation for being the go-to resource for cultivating greater organizational capacity, accelerating team development, and inducing results-driven cultures that value accountability.
Nate Killoren is the Global Director of Operations for SIM International. Beginning in 2008, Nate served as a pilot/mechanic, providing air support to ministries across East and Central Africa including operations in conflict areas. As Chief Pilot, he oversaw policy development, risk management as well as pilot training and wellness. In 2016, Nate took on the role of Security & Crisis Consultant for SIM International and oversaw the development of policies and training curriculum related to security and crisis management and helped implement an enterprise risk management system for SIM globally. Nate is passionate about helping leaders cross barriers wisely and with resilience. He consults with non-profit organisations particularly in the areas of risk, crisis and change management and has facilitated workshops on decision-making, risk management, change management and resilience.
