Kentro Webinar: Elephant Hunting

What’s the elephant in the room for you? As leaders there are all too often things we are trying very hard to ignore. Whatever you’re pretending isn’t there; some personal compromise, a staff member you should have dismissed months ago, a hot button political issue, unhealthy team culture, dangerous financial trends, or something else entirely, most leaders have something we know we should deal with but would much prefer to avoid.

Join Chris Wignall (LeadWithCatalyst.com) and a limited group of other Kentro members for a raw and honest conversation about why we avoid things, why that’s often a problem, and what we can do about it. And if you are willing, we’d love to have a couple people send Chris a confidential message sharing what you think your elephant is so the group can help you plan your hunt.
