Growth is a Choice: Constructing a Fundraising Roadmap to Scale Your Mission

As we approach the year-end, let’s create a roadmap that will offer guidance to your organization on formulating compelling messaging that encourages donations and effectively deploying this messaging to reach your target audience. This workshop is particularly beneficial for organizations that have already formulated their fundraising plans for the year and are seeking to make minor adjustments or enhancements. It is equally valuable for organizations that are feeling daunted by the initial steps. During the first half, we will engage in a workshop focusing on shaping your value proposition. In the second half, we will discuss the methods for rolling out this messaging.

In our afternoon session, we will be utilizing “Open Space Technology“. Facilitated by Chris Wignall of Lead with Catalyst, this Open Space will be an opportunity to talk about and explore the issues and challenges related to a topic that is most pressing in your work; share and learn from the experience and wisdom of your peers in the Network; and possibly even identify ways to move forward together.
