Beyond Bias: A New Lens for People-Stewardship

The morning workshop session will explore how unconscious bias shows up in our ways of working and presents a redemptive model for people stewardship. Through engaging discussions, real-world case studies, and interactive sessions, you’ll learn how to navigate bias across various dimensions of your mission-driven work.  You’ll leave the workshop with an action plan to actively work towards better practices in your ‘people operations’. 

In our afternoon session, we will be utilizing “Open Space Technology“. Facilitated by Chris Wignall of Lead with Catalyst, this Open Space will be an opportunity to talk about and explore the issues and challenges related to a topic that is most pressing in your work; share and learn from the experience and wisdom of your peers in the Network; and possibly even identify ways to move forward together.
