Fall Workshops 2026: Transforming Conflict

Great collaboration doesn’t happen by accident—it happens when people know how to communicate well, navigate conflict, and build strong working relationships. In this engaging, hands-on module, you’ll learn practical strategies for handling difficult conversations with confidence, understanding your own conflict style, negotiating win-win outcomes, and positively influencing others. Through interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and plenty of opportunities to reflect and practice, you’ll leave with skills you can use immediately to strengthen relationships and work more effectively with the people around you.
